What are the delivery charges?

We charge 50 rupees for shipping on orders below Rs.999. And we offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs.999.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We usually ship readymade products in 1-3 working days and customized products in 3-7 working days after receiving the order. However, delivery time can vary depending on the shipping destination. There is a possibility of delay as we use the services of India Post. If such a delay occurs and the shipment takes longer than 6 days to reach, the customer is requested to contact us.

While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please get in touch with us for the update on your shipment.

Does Thoppia ship internationally?

As of now, Thoppia does not ship items internationally. You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with debit/credit cards issued in India. However, please ensure the delivery address is in India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination to which you want the order to be shipped to from our warehouse which is based out of Bangalore.

Free Shipping/ Via flat fee: The estimated delivery time for the free shipping/ via flat fee would be approximately 5 – 15 working days.

Enhanced Shipping: The estimated delivery time for enhanced shipping would be 3 – 8 working days. We usually ship readymade products in 1-3 working days and customized products in 3-7 working days after receiving the order.

Which courier partner are you tied up for shipping?

Free Shipping/ Via flat fee: We use registered parcel service of India post.

Enhanced Shipping: We use Aramex/Speed post.

Is it door delivery?

Free Shipping/Via flat fee: Approximately 99.5% of the registered parcels are delivered at the door step, however in few cases the customers had to collect the package from the nearest post office. This is a very rare scenario and has happened with either bigger volumes or heavier packages.

Enhanced Shipping: The parcels are 100% delivered at the door-step.
