Which products are not eligible for returns?

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. Only readymade products are eligible for return. Customized products are made to order and hence not eligible for return. However, in case of any damage or wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), please contact us (+91 9900 002 116) or write to us at info@thoppia.com within 24 hours of receiving the package and We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?
