How do I contact to return an order?

Which products are not eligible for returns?

Following products are not eligible for return:

  1. Customized products
  2. Washed/used products
  3. Gift cards
  4. Sale, clearance and promotional items

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

Only readymade products are eligible for return. Customized products are made to order and hence not eligible for return. However, in case of any damage or wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), please contact us at +91 9900 002 116 or write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will assess the damage and get back to you as soon as we can.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

What if I receive the wrong/damaged item

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

How do returns work?

If the products in your order are eligible for return, please call us at +91 9900 002 116 or email at hello@thoppia.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will initiate a reverse pickup and the products will be picked up from your location if the area is serviceable by the shipping service provider. The shipping charge for the return will be deducted from the refund amount. If you do not provide a time for the reverse pick-up within 5 days of placing the request, the return/exchange will be cancelled. Please note that an exchange request will be accepted only once against the original order. 

If you return an order delivered to you, shipping charges will not be refunded. In case of self-shipment, customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods  if reverse-pickup is not available for your pincode. Self-shipments have to be made within 48 hours of receiving the order and the following details should be sent to us at [email protected]

  • Order number
  • Courier service name and AWB Number.
  • Reason for Return 

Once we receive the product, our team will assess the status of the product(s) and get back to you with the details.

What if I don’t like the fabric after I get it?

If you are worried about that, we provide you with free swatches of the fabric you choose. The sample swatch will be shipped to you on request. You will only have to pay 50 rupees for its shipping. So you can see and feel the fabric, and only then place the order. This way, you won’t have to go through the procedure of returns.

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

Once the items are dispatched from your end reaches our warehouse, the replacement product will be shipped to you and will reach you in our standard delivery time.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?

No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.
