How do I contact to return an order?

Which products are not eligible for returns?

Following products are not eligible for return:

  1. Customized products
  2. Washed/used products
  3. Gift cards
  4. Sale, clearance and promotional items

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?

  •  For Domestic Orders (Within India):
    Returns and replacements are free of charge if wrong products (incomplete sets, incorrect styles), wrong sizes (sizes different from those ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. We will arrange a reverse pickup if your location is serviceable by our shipping partner. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product, and the shipping cost will be reimbursed based on the value agreed upon.
  •  For International Orders (Outside India):
    Returns are available only in the case of wrong product delivery or manufacturing defects. We do not offer replacements for international orders. In case of an eligible return, customers are required to self-ship the item to the specified address at their own cost. Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue a refund for the item to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded for international returns.

 

How do returns work?

For Domestic Orders (Within India):
Only ready-made products are eligible for return. Customized products are made to order and, therefore, not eligible for return. However, in case of damage or wrong sizes (sizes different from those ordered), please contact us at +91 9900 002 116 or write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will assess the issue and respond as soon as possible.

If your location is serviceable by our shipping partner, we will initiate a reverse pickup. The shipping charge for the return will be deducted from the refund amount. Once we receive and verify the returned package, the refund will be processed within 2-3 working days to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you do not schedule the reverse pickup within 48 hours of the request, the return or exchange will be canceled. An exchange request will be accepted only once for the original order.

Please note that if you return an order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

Self-Shipping (if reverse pickup is unavailable):
If reverse pickup is not available for your location, you will need to self-ship the item. Self-shipments must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the following details must be emailed to [email protected]:

  •  Order number
  • Courier service name and AWB number
  •  Reason for return. 

Once we receive the product, our team will assess its condition and get back to you with further details.

For International Orders (Outside India):

We do not offer reverse pickup for international orders. In the event of wrong product delivery or manufacturing defects, the customer must self-ship the product to the following address:

The shipping cost for self-shipment will be borne by the customer. Once the returned product is received and verified, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 2-3 working days to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Please note, no replacements are provided for international orders.

What if I don’t like the fabric after I receive it?

If you’re unsure about the fabric, we offer free swatches. A sample swatch can be shipped to you upon request for a minimal shipping fee, as mentioned on the website. This allows you to see and feel the fabric before placing your order, minimizing the need for returns.

 

If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?

For domestic orders within India, once the returned items arrive at our warehouse and are verified, we will ship the replacement product to you within our standard delivery timeframe. In contrast, international orders are not eligible for replacement. After we receive the returned item, we will assess the product and issue a refund if it meets the eligibility criteria.

 

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy?

No, we will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the Returns Policy.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (Domestic Orders):
For COD orders, we will confirm each order via a phone call with the customer. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. If we do not receive confirmation within 3 working days or if you do not respond to our call, message, or email, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Prepaid Orders (Domestic Orders):
Prepaid orders, once confirmed, cannot be canceled or modified after production begins. This includes changes in product specifications, dimensions, or design.

International Orders:
COD is not available for international orders. Prepaid international orders, once confirmed, cannot be canceled or modified after production starts. In case of eligible returns (wrong product delivered or defects), only refunds are provided. No replacements are offered for international orders.
