Accepted payment methods
Thoppia accepts a variety of payment methods to provide a seamless shopping experience. For domestic orders (within India), we accept all major debit/credit cards and net banking through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay and PhonePe. For international orders (outside India), payments are processed via Razorpay, which accepts all major debit/credit cards.

All transactions on Thoppia are secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, ensuring that your payment details remain confidential at all times. We prioritize your security and do not store any credit/debit card information. Instead, sensitive information is securely encrypted and stored by Visa, MasterCard, or other applicable payment processors.
Are there any hidden charges ?
No, there are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Thoppia. However, please note that prices listed for fabrics and custom-made products do not include GST. Prices for readymade products include all applicable taxes.
For domestic orders within India, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999, while orders exceeding ₹999 qualify for free shipping. For international orders outside India, there is a shipping fee of $21 for orders below $89; however, orders above $89 are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping charges and GST will be calculated in the checkout section before payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders above ₹500. Please note that orders below ₹500 and certain categories such as furniture, floor cushions, chopping boards, blinds, and fitted sheets are not eligible for COD. Unfortunately, COD is not available for international orders.
