COUPONS AND PROMOTIONS
All coupons and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions specified at the time of issuance. These offers are applicable only for domestic orders (within India) and do not apply to international orders (outside India)
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there may be instances where we are unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You will not be charged until your payment method has been authorized, the order information has been verified for accuracy, and your order has been shipped.
Some situations that may lead to order cancellation include, but are not limited to, limited product availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, restrictions imposed by local, state, national, or international regulations, or issues flagged by our credit and fraud prevention team. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order, and we will contact you directly in such cases.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For COD orders, we will confirm each order via a phone call. Once confirmed, the order cannot be canceled or modified. If confirmation is not received within 3 working days, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. Please note that COD is not applicable for international orders.
Prepaid Orders:
For prepaid orders, once confirmed and in production, cancellations or modifications—including changes to product specifications or design—are not permitted. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
PRICING DISCREPANCIES
While we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors may occasionally occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either reach out to you for further instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. Please note that prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

In the event of any disputes or issues arising from this Agreement that may require legal intervention, such matters shall be governed by Indian law, specifically under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Thoppia currently ships to the USA, UK, New Zealand, UAE, Australia, and European countries, with the right to update this list as necessary. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges, and Thoppia is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or postal services. There will be a maximum of three delivery attempts, and we kindly request that customers accept the package on the first attempt. If the package is returned to Thoppia due to non-delivery, additional re-shipment fees will apply.
T&C for Cotton for a Cause Campaign
Since the Cotton for a Cause campaign is initiated for the goodwill of a better community, customers will be allowed to participate in the movement only if the following eligibility criteria are met:
- 1. The customer must purchase a minimum of Rs. 2999/- to unlock the free blanket option.
- 2. Customers will be able to opt for the blanket only once every 30 days.
- 3. The customer can opt for a maximum of one blanket per order.
