What are the delivery charges?
For domestic orders within India, a shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999, while orders exceeding ₹999 qualify for free shipping. For international orders outside India, there is a shipping fee of $21 for orders below $89; however, orders above $89 are eligible for free shipping.
What is the estimated shipping time?
- Domestic Orders (Within India):
We usually ship readymade products within 3-4 working days and custom products within 5-7 working days after receiving the order. Delivery time may vary from 3-10 working days after shipping, depending on the shipping destination.
- International Orders (Outside India):
We usually ship readymade products within 3-4 working days and custom products within 5-7 working days after receiving the order. Delivery timelines are approximately 15-20 working days after shipping.
While we strive to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please contact us for updates on your shipment. During sale or festival periods, shipping may take longer due to increased order volume.
Does Thoppia ship internationally?
Yes, Thoppia offers international shipping. We currently ship to the USA, UK, New Zealand, UAE, Australia, and select European countries, with the right to update this list as needed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges. Thoppia is not liable for delays due to customs clearance or postal services. There will be a maximum of three delivery attempts, and we kindly ask that customers accept the package upon the first attempt. If the package is returned due to non-delivery, additional re-shipment fees will apply.
Which courier partners do you use for shipping?
For domestic shipments, we primarily partner with Delhivery for our courier services. Depending on the serviceability of the pin code, we may also utilize Speed Post or Trackon. For international shipments, we collaborate with Delhivery, which connects with FedEx or DHL to ensure global delivery.
Is it door delivery?
Approximately 99.5% of our parcels are delivered to the customer’s doorstep. In rare cases, customers may need to collect their packages from the nearest post office, particularly if shipped via Speed Post. This typically occurs with larger or heavier packages.
